Jake (Neutered)

Jake is a sweet one-year-old male Hound/Blue Heeler mix who came to us on October 14, 2024. He was found wandering near the Dollar General Store in Belpre, Ohio, and after his owner couldn't be located, he came to our care. Jake doesn't have a collar or microchip, but he does have a shiny black-and-tan coat with a beautiful patch of blue ticking on his chest, a long tail, and a cute face with dark brown eyes. He has a dusting of blue/white on his muzzle, a thin stripe on his forehead, and large floppy ears that frame his face. Jake weighs 42 lbs and has a super sweet personality. He enjoyed meeting his human friends, but he prefers to be the only feline in the household. Jake was neutered on January 13, 2025, and also received a rabies vaccine.

Ideal Home

Jake would love a home where he can be the only pet, as cats are not his friends.
