Meet Zeus – Waiting for His Second Chance
Zeus is a sweet and gentle Bully mix, about 1 ½ to 2 years old, who has already faced many challenges in his short life. He and his sister, Foxy, lost their home and then spent months waiting in a shelter before finding temporary refuge at Lucky Paws Doghouse. Despite his past, Zeus remains a wonderfully affectionate boy who gets along with other dogs, walks nicely on a leash, and loves to play in the yard. He's also well-behaved in his kennel and doesn't make much of a mess.
Ideal Home
Zeus would love a home where he can enjoy plenty of yard time and running.
Ongoing Health
Zeus has tested heartworm positive and is currently undergoing slow-kill treatment. He has been neutered, vaccinated, wormed, and is on monthly flea and tick prevention. A health certificate and exam will be performed less than 10 days prior to transport.
Training & Support
Zeus is a friendly and affectionate dog who is already doing well with leash walking and kennel behavior.

Zeus is located at Lucky Paws Doghouse and can be transported to various cities, including:
New York (Buffalo, Rochester, Rye, Albany, Mohawk/Herkimer), Illinois (Chicago, Springfield), New Jersey (Trenton, Ridgefield, Sewaren), Oregon (Portland, The Dalles), Montana (Missoula), Indiana (Michigan City, Spiceland), Idaho (Boise), Colorado (Denver), Michigan (Battle Creek), Ohio (Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati), Connecticut (Enfield, Darien, Union), Pennsylvania (Allentown, Pittsburgh), Virginia (Haymarket), Minnesota (Minneapolis), Wyoming (Cheyenne), and Maryland (Baltimore).
Please note that Zeus cannot be adopted into Washington State or Wisconsin due to his heartworm positive status.
