Prosciutto is a whole snack, and frankly, he knows it. This 4-year-old Puggle is 46 pounds of charm, goofiness, and joyful enthusiasm wrapped up in one extremely lovable package. He arrived with his foodie friends Mozzarella and Meatball, completing what may be the most emotionally supportive deli counter in rescue history.
Prosciutto is the kind of dog who wakes up every day ready to have a good time. Toys? Incredible. Treats? Life-changing. Hanging out with people he loves? Absolutely the best part of his schedule. He approaches life with the happy confidence of someone who fully expects fun to be available at all times. And honestly, he's not wrong.
This guy is playful in the most endearing way. He gets excited about the little things and somehow makes them feel important too. A squeaky toy becomes an Olympic event. Snack time becomes a spiritual experience. A walk around the neighborhood becomes a full social outing because Prosciutto assumes everyone would probably like to admire him a little, and he's usually correct.
Underneath all that playful energy is just a genuinely good boy. Easy to love, easy to be around, and always happy to join in on whatever's happening. He has that warm, affectionate personality that makes a house feel more alive just by being in it. And while his name may sound fancy, Prosciutto himself is wonderfully down-to-earth. No drama, no complicated agenda—just toys, treats, companionship, and maybe a cozy place to nap afterward.
