Gigi is a sweet girl who can be a little shy and nervous around new people. The high energy of children can sometimes be a bit overwhelming for her, but once she sees another dog, her playful personality truly shines! She absolutely loves to play with other dogs and has a keen interest in all kinds of toys. Gigi walks well on a leash, but she's still learning to be the best walking buddy and will need some training to help her focus on sights and smells. She's in her puppy chewing phase, so providing her with appropriate chew toys is a must! She's motivated by treats and is already working on basic obedience commands. As she builds trust, Gigi becomes quite the shadow, following her people from room to room and often curling up at their feet. While she's warming up to being a snuggle buddy, she would most love to cuddle with another dog. She's had only one accident indoors and is learning to signal when she needs to go out by ringing a bell. She will go into her crate willingly, though she's not a huge fan and may whine a bit initially, but she settles down easily if the crate is covered.
