Hansel is a sweet, gentle boy weighing 46lbs with an estimated birthday of 4/28/2025. He may be a little shy when meeting new people, but once he warms up, his wonderful personality starts to shine. Hansel enjoys doing his own thing, quietly exploring the world around him and taking everything in at his own pace. While he has a calm and independent side, he also has playful moments and enjoys getting energetic while playing with other dogs. So far, he has only been introduced to female dogs and has done well with them. He was a sweet superstar at our last adoption event, making lots of new friends, both human and canine, especially kids! Hansel is kennel trained and loves having soft blankets and pillows to curl up with after a day of adventures. He's also a fan of chew toys and happily keeps himself entertained. Bath time is no problem for this handsome guy; he handles it like a champ!

Transporation
Hansel is located in Houston, TX. Transport is included in the adoption fee and operates weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas to your state or a neighboring state. Transport is via third-party ground services using converted vans/buses. Adopters can track the van using the Life360 app and receive updates. Facebook chats are also available for transport updates.
