Maiya is a sweet, gentle, and easy-going Boxer mix with a heart full of love to give. Weighing in at 48 lbs, this approximately 3-month-old pup has a special talent for caring for others, a trait she honed as a stray and then as a loving mother to her puppies. Now that her little ones have found their forever homes, Maiya is eagerly hoping it's finally her turn to be cherished. She's proven to be wonderful with children, sharing a delightful connection with a one-year-old who giggled with joy during their playful interactions. Maiya enjoys being around people, soaking up affection, and going for walks, where her excellent leash manners will ensure a pleasant stroll for both of you. She's not asking for much, just a loving family, a comfy place to call her own, and the reassurance that her stray days are a distant memory.

Transporation
Maiya is located in Houston, TX. Transport is available out of state. Pickup locations for transported dogs may vary, including to nearby towns or states. Ground transports operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas. Transport updates are available through the Life360 app and Facebook chats.
