Meet Phoebe! This lovely Northern Mixed Breed, estimated to be around 2 years old, is a gentle soul with a heart full of hope. Phoebe's journey began in Kashechewan First Nation, where she was unfortunately left behind during an evacuation due to unsafe water conditions. She was later found trying to survive on her own. Now, Phoebe is safe in foster care, slowly learning that people can be kind, patient, and loving. She's gaining confidence every day, and once she trusts you, her sweet and gentle personality truly shines through.

Ideal Home

Phoebe is looking for a calm and patient family who will allow her to blossom at her own pace. She would do best in a home with another confident dog to help her continue building trust and confidence. A securely fenced yard would also be ideal, as she enjoys having space to explore safely. She would also do well with older, respectful children who understand she needs time to adjust.
