Seven-month-old Earl is a handsome Golden Retriever/Husky mix with a heart full of love to give! He's already neutered, started on vaccinations, and is microchipped, making him ready for his forever adventure. Earl has been a fantastic companion, accompanying his foster mom to work and showing off his excellent manners. He's a social butterfly who has bonded beautifully with another foster pup, an 8-month-old female Lab mix, and gets along well with the resident adult dogs. He also coexists peacefully with the resident cat, though his youthful curiosity sometimes gets the better of him. Earl is a gentle giant with the children in his foster home, with only a little jumping when greeting them with excitement. He’s a smart cookie who has mastered "sit" and "gentle," and is making great progress with "leave it." His recall is fantastic, he knows to alert his humans when he needs to go potty, and he walks on a leash like a pro for his age! Earl loves to sleep at the foot of the bed and is adjusting to his crate, though he'd much rather be riding along in the car, a true testament to his Husky heritage.
Ideal Home
Earl would thrive in a home with a canine companion or other doggy friends to play with. He's great with children, though his excitement can lead to a little jumping when they arrive.

Earl is up-to-date on vaccinations and is microchipped.
Training & Support
Earl is doing wonderfully with training and has learned "sit," "gentle," and is progressing with "leave it." His recall is excellent, and he's house-trained. He is still adjusting to his crate but is learning to settle.
