Cuteness overload warning! Have you ever seen puppies as cute as these babies? Adin, Calix, and Enver are three adorable male puppies, a mix of Shih Tzu, Pug, and Dachshund. Born on May 3rd and weighing approximately 3.5 lbs each, these little guys were surrendered by their previous owners in the South Texas area and came into our care two weeks ago.

Adin, Calix, and Enver are the happiest puppies you'll ever meet! They absolutely LOVE being around humans and their greatest joy is pleasing everyone they meet. They are super-duper playful and have the cutest butt wiggles when they get excited – their whole rear end wiggles side-to-side! These three boys adore their toys, love to snuggle, and just love life itself. They are very well-socialized and would likely greet a burglar with tail wags and a request for treats and pets. They are also very food-motivated and will happily accept any delicious treats or food offered to them.

Ideal Home

As they are still very young puppies, they will need a family that can provide them with ample training, exercise (as much as their little bodies can handle), patience, and lots of love and care. Any family would be incredibly lucky to welcome one or two of these precious pups into their home.

Ongoing Health

These puppies are current on age-appropriate vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention. They have also been de-wormed and will receive a clean bill of health from a licensed veterinarian prior to transport.

Training & Support

These puppies are still young and will require training, exercise, patience, and a lot of love to thrive.

Transportation

These puppies are currently located in Texas. We do not adopt animals within Texas due to the high euthanasia rates. We exclusively adopt to families in the Central US and on the East Coast. The adoption fee of $795 includes transport from Texas to the Northeast.

Transport occurs every 2-3 weeks to the following locations:

• Albany, NY (once a month)
• Wells, VT and Brattleboro, VT
• Nashua, NH
• Willington, CT, Stamford, CT, and Dayville, CT
• Steubenville, OH, Cincinnati, OH, and Grove City, OH
• Grove City, PA and Washington, PA (THESE STOPS ARE ON HOLD AS OF 7/1 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE)
• Ridgefield, NJ and Mt Laurel, NJ
• Emmitsburg, MD and Elkton, MD
• Falls Church, VA and Glenn Allen, VA

We have successfully placed hundreds of animals through this long-distance adoption process and strive to ensure each animal is a good fit for your home. Once your application is approved, you will be connected with the foster parent of the animal you are interested in to ask any specific questions.
