Satchmo and Geraldine are a bonded pair of senior sweethearts who have captured our hearts! These two oldies but goodies are as sweet as they come, showering everyone with affection and love. They are mellow, easy to handle, and we suspect they'll be happy prioritizing naps and quiet time by their family's side. One volunteer shared, "Both of these sweet seniors are friendly and quick to make friends. These two pals absolutely love to be with people and are super affectionate. They are easy to handle, leash up and walk and they don’t react to dogs or people while they are out and about. And, although these sweet seniors can snooze with the best of them, they are still a little bit goofy and have plenty of energy and a zest for life. Both of these pups absolutely love to snuggle together and have quiet and mellow energy." Satchmo and Geraldine spend their days at our offsite rescue partner, Tucson Rescue Now, charming visitors and enjoying a break from the shelter. Satchmo adores Geraldine, and they are often found cuddled up together.
