Nina is a 5-year-old, 57-pound Border Collie and Staffordshire mix with a heart full of love and a spirit ready for adventure! She was rescued from a high-kill shelter and is now thriving in her foster home in Tomball, Texas. Nina was previously in a loving home for nearly four years before her family's travel plans made her an inconvenience. She's a smart, athletic girl who loves to run, play fetch, and has even become a favorite at doggie daycare. Nina is protective, energetic, and incredibly loving, and she's patiently waiting for her special people to shower with affection.

Ideal Home

Nina would thrive with a large backyard or a family that enjoys regular trips to the dog park, as she is highly energetic and athletic.

Ongoing Health

Nina is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on all vaccinations, and current on heartworm and flea prevention.

Training & Support

Nina is potty trained and crate trained. As an alpha female and a true Border Collie, she is very smart and will likely excel with continued training and mental stimulation.
