Meet Oakley! This sweet 68lb Terrier/Pitbull mix, born around December 16, 2021, is looking for his forever home. Oakley is the definition of a shadow dog, always wanting to be wherever you are. He's a smart and independent boy who already knows how to "sit" and "get on your bed." Walks are his absolute favorite, and he enjoys three to four outings a day, walking like a pro. He understands "slow down" when on leash and is generally good with other dogs, though he might be happiest as the only canine in the house. Oakley does have a strong prey drive and enjoys chasing cats and squirrels, so a home without them would be ideal. Despite a tough start in life as a stray who was found emaciated with a severe ear injury, Oakley's sweet nature shines through. He loves to cuddle and be by your side, and he's ready to offer the sweetest greetings and tail wags to his new family.
