Luke

Meet Luke! This sweet 18-week-old, 18-pound hound mix has a beautiful tan coat and a heart full of love. He and his brother Bo, who is also looking for his forever home, were found abandoned but haven't let their tough start dull their spirits. Luke can be a little shy at first, but with a little patience, he blossoms into an affectionate and playful pup. He enjoys the company of people and other dogs, and is learning to play appropriately with his canine friends.

Ideal Home

Luke would thrive in a home that can offer him patience and kindness as he builds confidence. He’ll do best in a home with children ages 5 and older and would likely enjoy a friendly, well-adjusted canine companion or regular opportunities to socialize.

Ongoing Health

Luke is up to date on his shots, dewormed, and will be neutered.

Training & Support

Luke is making great progress with crate training, leash walking, and house training. He’ll continue to do best with consistency, structure, and positive reinforcement. Obedience training is recommended for all puppies.
