About Coco

Just look at that face! Coco is estimated to be about 3 1/2 months old and weighs 16 pounds right now. This little cutie bear went right into foster as soon as he came to the rescue and his foster mom has given us a nice update: Coco is very smart and food motivated. He knows sit and down and recall. He seems to want to be around my dogs more than he can be at the moment as he just got neutered, so no playing for him right now. I think he would make a great second dog if the other dog can set limits for him. He is a lap dog and loves to be around people. We had a really nice morning relaxing outside and he was calmly watching squirrels and birds. I believe he is partially potty trained, once he goes to the door you don't have too long before he has to go. He is very cute and expressive, though he will bark quite a bit for attention or when he's frustrated but that has calmed considerably. As he is a Beagle mix, he is going to want to go for lots of walks to take in all the smells and for sure use his Beagly nose, so an active family that likes to do fun things is just what he needs! Coco would love it if you wanted to meet him!

Ideal Home

An active family that likes to do fun things would be perfect for Coco, as he'll want to go for lots of walks to take in all the smells and use his Beagly nose. He could make a great second dog if the other dog can set limits for him. We do not know how Coco will do with cats as we do not do cat testing.
