Hi, I'm Roxy! I'm a roughly 7-year-old, 40-pound beagle mix with a mellow energy level and a very big heart. I'm what some might call "clingy," but I like to think of myself as loyal and devoted. I love being close to my person and would happily stay by your side all day, every day. If you're looking for a dog who wants constant companionship, I fit that role perfectly. I do well with other dogs, cats, and kids, and I'm house trained, crate trained, and leash trained. I handle daily routines with ease and ride great in the car, enjoying going along for the ride whenever possible. My need to be close to my person is part of who I am, and unfortunately, that's why I was returned. I didn't do anything wrong; I just love deeply! If you're looking for a loyal, affectionate dog who just wants to be glued to her person, I'm ready to find someone who loves as hard as I do.

Ideal Home

I thrive in a home where someone wants a true companion and doesn't mind a shadow following them from room to room. I'd do well as an only dog or with other dogs, as long as I'm still able to get plenty of one-on-one attention.
