PONGO

Pongo is a sweet and devoted boy who dreams of finding his person to follow everywhere, curl up with under the blankets, and gaze at with adoration. He's a true "velcro dog," always wanting to be within a few feet of his human, preferably snuggled close and warm. His priorities are clear: his human, blankets, and his ball!

Pongo currently lives harmoniously with two other dogs and enjoys cuddling with them on the couch. He does well with calm, respectful canine companions who understand personal space, especially concerning his cherished ball. With a little time and patience, he quickly makes friends and shows his total sweetheart nature.

Don't let his love for lounging fool you; Pongo is also an energetic companion. He's leash-trained and enjoys walks, hikes, and runs, though he can get a bit excited and pull on the leash sometimes – the world is full of fascinating smells! He also loves a good game of fetch in the backyard. Pongo is fully potty-trained and crate-trained, settling quietly when left alone or overnight, though his preference is to be tucked in under the blankets with you.

Pongo would thrive in a home where he can be close to his person. Due to some paw sensitivity, he would do best in a home without young children.
