Asphalt

Meet Asphalt, a super sweet Border Aussie mix who earned his name from a little one who calls him "Ass" for short! Asphalt is a smart and loyal boy who gets along wonderfully with other dogs. He's already mastered crate and potty training, and has never had an accident in the house. He's also a good boy who doesn't chew or destroy things, and he respects the furniture, staying off of it. While he's not a huge fan of car rides, he tolerates them. His leash manners are okay, but he's eager to continue his training for even better walks.

Ideal Home

Asphalt is very protective of his family and children. He can be a bit suspicious of strangers and would do best in a low to medium-traffic household. He warms up more quickly to people welcomed into the home but finds meeting groups of people outside the home a bit more challenging. He would also love a canine companion. No cats, please.

Ongoing Health

Asphalt is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered.

Training & Support

Asphalt is incredibly smart and already knows sit, down, stay, and paw. He's a quick learner and would likely pick up new tricks with ease!
