Demi

Meet Demi! This delightful young lady turned one in mid-June and is a charming mix of Blue Heeler, German Shepherd, Husky, Boston Terrier, and Wire Haired Terrier. She came into our care as an 8-week-old pup and has been growing into a playful and goofy companion. Demi is roughly 50 lbs of pure fun and has been wonderful with children aged 2 to 18. She's also shown a knack for gently herding our resident chickens back into their run, but has no other issues with our poultry friends.

Ideal Home

Demi would thrive in a home with a securely fenced yard where she can safely explore and play. She has not been around cats, but she does enjoy interacting with our neighbor's dogs through the fence, suggesting she could do well with canine companions.

Ongoing Health

Demi has received her first round of vaccinations. She will need to complete her immunization series and will be spayed prior to adoption.

Training & Support

Demi is a smart and playful girl. While she's demonstrated good behavior with children and poultry, continued positive reinforcement and consistency will help her continue to flourish.
