Love

Love is an energetic and playful girl who is eager to find her forever home. She enjoys physical contact and can be a bit rough when jumping for affection, but she is receptive to redirection. She's a smart cookie, responding well to "sit" and showing curiosity about new experiences. While she might be a bit timid around certain objects like an umbrella, she's generally stable and handles new introductions with grace.

Ideal Home

Love would do well with children around 8 years old, on a case-by-case basis. She can also do well with other dogs, again on a dog-by-dog basis. We don't know how she'd do with cats.

Ongoing Health

Love will be spayed on or after 7-18-26, and her adoption will not be finalized until that date.

Training & Support

Love can be a bit of a puller on leash when outside and may need some guidance on settling down indoors. She is still learning how to play with toys, but loves gentle interaction. She is responsive to redirection and "sit."

Transporation

Love is located at the Lycoming County SPCA. We offer transport services within a 50-mile radius of the shelter.
