Lexus

Hi there! My name is Lexus, but you can just call me Your Shadow. I'm a 20-pound Chihuahua mix who's about 6 months old. I'm the perfect size – small enough to curl up in your lap, but not so small that I'll get lost following you from room to room. I'm a total "velcro dog" and once I pick my person, I stick close! I love snuggles, soft blankets, silly games, and just hanging out together. I think I'm pretty smart and I'll repay your love with endless loyalty, cuddles, and tiny tail wags.

Ideal Home

I'd probably do best in a home where someone is around most of the time, or where I can come along on adventures. I'd make a great office dog! Apartment living won't be a good fit for me. I'd do best in an adult-only home. I MUST go to a home with another friendly dog, the more the merrier!

Ongoing Health

I am spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated.

Training & Support

I'm a work in progress and will likely need a few days to adjust to my new surroundings. I'm house-trained in my current foster home. I'm still a little shy, so patience and a consistent routine will help me gain confidence. Getting me on an exercise schedule will help me become less "velcro."
