About Rico

Meet Rico! Rico is a playful and happy 1 1/2-year-old Boston Terrier mix who weighs about 15 pounds. He came to us because his previous family's circumstances changed and they could no longer care for him. Rico's favorite activity is playing fetch, and he'll need an active family that can keep up with his energy!

Ideal Home

Rico would do best in an active home with older children. He does have a high prey drive and will chase small animals like squirrels and cats when outside. Because he doesn't care for other dogs, Rico will need to be the only canine companion in his new home.

Ongoing Health

Rico is neutered and up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Rico is leash and crate trained. He has a high prey drive, so he will need continued guidance on walks.
