Patty

Hi there! I'm Patty, a sweet, curious, and energetic pup with a heart-shaped nose and a short little tail. While I might be a bit shy and timid when we first meet, I warm up quickly and am eager to explore the world with you. I'm originally from Texas, so I absolutely love snuggling up in a warm blanket, especially when it's chilly. I sleep quietly in my kennel at night and am doing wonderfully with potty training with frequent breaks. I'm working on leash manners and polite behavior, but I'm a fast learner and highly motivated by treats, so I'm confident we can master these together! As a puppy, I enjoy playing with toys, especially chew toys and bones. I also love to play fetch, though I might need a little encouragement to bring the ball back! I'm friendly with people of all ages and love to greet everyone, though I'm still learning not to jump. I've been around cats and am a little nervous, but I think we can become great friends. I also get along well with big dogs and learn from their lead, enjoying energetic play sessions in the yard. I'm looking for someone who can see past my initial shyness and recognize the amazing pup I am.

I am missing part of my tail, but it doesn't affect my personality one bit!

Training & Support

I'm working on polite greetings (no jumping!) and leash walking. I respond well to positive reinforcement and love treats, making training fun and rewarding.

Transportation

I am currently in Minnesota and can be transported to approved adopters.
