Meet Lulu!
This sweet girl was rescued from a city shelter in Masan, South Korea, just before euthanasia. She's now living with her foster family in Ulsan, South Korea, and eagerly awaiting her forever home. Lulu is a friendly and active girl who loves her walks and even running alongside a bike to the park! While she might pull a bit on the leash, she's responsive and has no noticeable prey drive. She does have a tendency to pick up things off the ground during walks, so keep an eye on her!
Ideal Home
Lulu would thrive in a home where she can be active and enjoy long walks. She can be a bit anxious during strong winds and has shown a desire to escape when in a fenced area, so secure outdoor spaces are a must. She is cautious when meeting new people and may be more comfortable with women.
Ongoing Health
Lulu has a sensitive stomach and can develop diarrhea from fatty treats or meats like pork. She's also a picky eater with kibble but loves it when a little chicken breast is added.
Training & Support
Lulu experiences separation anxiety and may chew on shoes or doors when left alone. She's currently working on crate training, which will be essential for her new family to continue. She may bark briefly at the doorbell or visitors but settles quickly. Building trust with Lulu takes time and patience, as she can be cautious with new people. She might bluff nip when uncomfortable but has never actually bitten. She prefers not to be petted on the head initially and may avoid hands reaching over her head.
