Meet Jacques!

Jacques is a handsome 3.5-month-old Border Collie mix, weighing in at 20 pounds. He's an observant and intelligent pup who likes to take in his surroundings before diving into the fun, which is classic Border Collie behavior! Jacques has a gentle and sweet temperament, and he's done wonderfully with both people and adult dogs. He's ready to soak up all the love and learning opportunities a new home can offer, whether it's learning tricks, exploring, or just being a loyal sidekick.

Ongoing Health

Jacques is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, and dewormed. He has been spayed or neutered and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination.

Training & Support

Jacques is still a baby and not fully potty trained, but he's doing a great job with pee pads and learning puppy manners.

• An application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home.

• Due to the volume of applications, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit, or for a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call.

Transportation

Jacques is fostered in the Cincinnati area. Please check our Facebook page for weekly adoption event details and locations if you are interested in meeting him in person. Not all animals attend every event.
