Meet Speedy! This young, medium-sized Chinese Sharpei mix is a friendly, affectionate, and wiggly guy who just loves attention. Speedy's name might suggest he's a speed demon, but he's really more interested in how quickly he can get your full attention for some deluxe belly rubs. He's convinced that every human's purpose is to provide him with the best scratches. Speedy walks fairly well on leash and is mostly non-reactive towards other dogs. He's a pro at gently taking treats, though he does have some strong opinions about what kind of treats are acceptable – he's quite picky and would prefer you don't offer him "basic biscuits"! While he doesn't know "sit" yet, he's mastered the art of soulful stares to demand more pets, which is an advanced skill in our book! Once the petting begins, Speedy leans in with his whole adorable, wrinkly body, eager to be your constant companion. If you're looking for a sweet, goofy, velvety shadow with expressive wrinkles and a discerning palate for snacks, Speedy is ready to speed into your heart.

Ideal Home

Speedy would love a home where he can shower his humans with affection and receive plenty of pets in return. He's happy with most any situation as long as there's ample opportunity for cuddles.
