ROCKY

Rocky is a handsome 7-month-old black Labrador Retriever with a heart full of love and energy! He's a master of fetch, a champion tug-of-war player, and always ready for a splashing good time in his doggie pool. Rocky thrives on companionship and wants to be right by your side, making friends with everyone he meets, both human and canine. He's doing wonderfully with crate training during the day and is eager to greet you when you get home. Rocky is a smart cookie, highly motivated by treats (especially frozen applesauce!), and has already learned to sit, lay down, and give paw. He's making great progress with potty training and is even learning to use a button to let you know when he needs to go out.

Ideal Home

Rocky would love a home where he can shower you with affection and play to his heart's content. He enjoys making new friends, so a home where he can socialize with other dogs would be wonderful.

Ongoing Health

Rocky is fully vetted, including his spay/neuter, microchip, rabies vaccination, and all other necessary dog vaccinations.

Training & Support

Rocky is a quick learner and is very treat-motivated. We're working on mastering potty training, and he's doing really well, even learning to use a button to communicate his needs.

Transporation

Rocky is currently in a foster home in Memphis, TN, and will be transported to CT once adopted. We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company to bring our furry friends to their new families in CT.
