Max McLovin the Certified Lover Boy

Max McLovin is a 3-year-old, 59 lb American Staffy mix with the sweetest energy and a goofy, affectionate personality. He loves people and other dogs, and is eager to please, making training a joy. Max is house-trained and crate-trained, and enjoys puzzle toys and learning new tricks. He has a medium energy level and is adaptable to both active and relaxed lifestyles. Max would thrive in a home with a backyard where he can enjoy the outdoors with his people.

Ideal Home

Max would do best in a home with a backyard where he can stretch his legs and enjoy the fresh air. He enjoys companionship and connection, so a home where he can be included in daily activities would be ideal. He is also great with other dogs and enjoys playing with them, but would also be content as the only dog.

Ongoing Health

Max is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and he has been spayed/neutered.

Training & Support

Max is crate-trained, potty-trained, and eager to please. He is food-motivated, making training fun and rewarding. He already knows commands like "sit" and "shake."

Transporation

Max is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide via our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. There is an $87 surcharge for transport. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
