Meet Izzy, a 6-year-old, 30-lb bully mix with an infectious smile and a curly tail that never stops wagging! Izzy is a delightful mix of fun-loving energy and sweet independence. She's a pro at crate training and house training, and she walks beautifully on a leash.
Izzy's favorite thing in the world is her toys! You'll often find her carrying one around, whether she's exploring the yard, lounging in the sun, or showing off her prized possession during playtime. She absolutely loves receiving pets and head scratches from her favorite humans, but she's not a big cuddler. Izzy prefers to show her affection on her own terms and truly values her personal space. When it's time to wind down, her crate is her cozy sanctuary.
With her medium energy level, Izzy is content with a daily walk and some energetic games of fetch, after which she's happy to relax by your side. While Izzy is friendly with other dogs when she's out and about, she can become possessive of her space and belongings. For this reason, she would do best as the only dog in the home.
Izzy would be happiest in a calm environment where she can have her own space. She enjoys being near her people and would love a home where someone is around often. However, she's also quite content in her crate during the workday. A yard would be wonderful, but she could also adapt well to apartment living with consistent walks and plenty of playtime.

Ideal Home
Izzy would thrive in a home where she can have her own space and a calm environment. She'd love a home with someone around often, but she does well when left alone in her crate during the workday. A yard is ideal, but an apartment with consistent exercise would also work. Izzy needs to be the only dog in the home.

Izzy is crate trained, house trained, and an excellent loose-leash walker. She can be protective of her space and belongings around other dogs.
