Harley

Hiya Friends! My name is Harley and I'm a gentle 7yr old female German Shepherd mix gal looking for my forever home. I know I don't look like a traditional stunning German Shepherd, but what I might lack in looks, I make up for with my gentle soul. I'm a big girl with lots of love to give and I'd love to be your new best friend. I recently came to my foster home where I'll get lots of exercise, and if you're on a health journey, I'd love to be your walking buddy! I've been with the rescue for a while with no interest, and I'm hoping my perfect person is out there. If you're looking for a calm, friendly, moderate energy companion, I'm your girl!

Ideal Home

I prefer a calm home, one without lots of rowdy kids or other pets. I'd like to live out my golden years in peace and have your full attention. I will do fine with older kids (10+).

Ongoing Health

I am a big girl and could stand to lose some weight. All dogs in our program are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, and are spayed or neutered.

Training & Support

Old dogs can learn new tricks! I am good with large male dogs, but I cannot live with cats.

• Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters by appointment only.

Transporation

I am currently being fostered in Greeneville, TN. We do transport dogs to the East Coast, and a transport fee will apply.
