He's the perfect size – substantial enough to feel like a true companion, but agile enough to still know where his feet are. Kent is a remarkably good boy who deeply values the comforts of home and the company of his people. He doesn't enjoy being left alone for extended periods, making him an ideal match for someone who works from home, is retired, or simply enjoys spending a lot of time at home.

Ideal Home

Kent would prefer to be the sole canine in the household, as other dogs are only tolerated. He'd much rather have all the love, attention, and admiration to himself! Cats are perfectly fine, and he's lived with them harmoniously, as long as they respect his prized possessions, such as stuffed toys and chew bones. He's comfortable with children over the age of 10. A securely fenced yard is a must, allowing Kent to stretch his legs, patrol his domain, and enjoy the outdoors. He is not a fan of crates and strongly dislikes fireworks.
