Meet Oreo!

This sweet 7-year-old lady was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Houston, and we're so glad she's with us. We don't know her past, but it's clear she was well-loved and is a healthy, well-trained girl. She's the ultimate co-pilot, loving car rides and adventures. Oreo is potty-trained and walks beautifully on a leash, striking a perfect balance between playful and chill. She enjoys zoomies in the yard with a toy but is equally happy lounging nearby, soaking up your company. Her gentle, loving nature shines through, especially when she flops over for belly rubs!

Ideal Home

Oreo would thrive in a variety of homes. She currently lives with dogs and cats and gets along well, but she prefers calm companions and isn't a fan of overly energetic dogs. Her ideal evening involves a relaxed walk followed by curling up on the couch for quality downtime with her person.

Ongoing Health

Oreo is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, on prevention, and heartworm negative. She is a healthy middle-aged gal.

Training & Support

Oreo is potty-trained and walks beautifully on a leash. She has a refined nature and prefers a calm environment.

Oreo is being fostered in Houston, Texas, but is available for adoption in many places across the country. The adoption fee of $600 includes transport.
