Winnie is a sweet girl of about three years old. She was found chained outside a camper during a brutal cold spell in Louisiana, having recently had puppies. Thankfully, all her pups found loving homes. Since then, Winnie has blossomed in foster care, becoming an incredible sweetheart who is easygoing and unbothered. She's good with cats, calm around chickens, and comfortable around children. Now a healthy 49 pounds, Winnie is a low-key, affectionate girl who just wants a soft place to land.
