Meet Woody, a teeny-tiny 8-year-old male Chihuahua looking for his forever home. He is a sweet snuggle bug who loves being held but is also happy to settle down independently when you are busy.

Ideal Home

Woody can do well with other dogs after a proper introduction and time to explore. He appreciates personal space and may become defensive when another dog gets too close too quickly.

Ongoing Health

Woody still needs a dental appointment, and his forever family will need to work with the rescue to help get him to the vet. Adoption includes a heartworm test, age-appropriate vaccines, rabies vaccination if old enough, age-appropriate deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and microchip registration.

Training & Support

Woody is affectionate without being constantly demanding and enjoys relaxing on his own between cuddle sessions.
