JoJo in IA

My name is JoJo, and I'm a 4-year-old, 27-pound Boston Terrier mix. I came to Wags from a breeder and I'm looking for my forever home where I can continue to learn and grow. I'm a confident girl who loves to soak up the sun and explore the yard. You might even catch me "splooting" or doing my adorable stretches! I enjoy chewing on toys and cuddling up with my people on the couch. I can be a little shy when hands move too quickly, but I'm getting more comfortable every day. I’m working on my housetraining and leash manners, and I'm a pro at riding in the car! I'm a good girl who sleeps in my kennel, though I'm not a big fan of it, I do sit in it quietly when asked. I promise to be the best companion, giving you the occasional kiss and showing you my love with my eyes every day.

Ideal Home

JoJo would do best in a home where she can have plenty of time in the grass each day. She can be an only dog or live with male dog siblings, but she does not do well with female dogs. Older children would be best for JoJo.

Ongoing Health

JoJo has no current health issues. All dogs in our care are spayed/neutered (if six months and older), up to date on rabies and distemper, heartworm tested, and microchipped. Other medical needs diagnosed while in foster care are also treated prior to adoption.

Training & Support

JoJo is working on housetraining and leash manners, but she is picking them up quickly! She can be a little shy with fast movements, but with patience and gentle interactions, she will continue to build confidence.
