Henry Chestnut

Henry Chestnut is a handsome 7-year-old Jindo/Carolina Dog mix with a heart of gold. He came to us through a difficult situation, finding himself on a city shelter's euthanasia list due to overcrowding and fear. Thankfully, he was rescued and has since blossomed into a joyful companion. Henry has a vibrant energy that rivals a puppy's, but he's the perfect "medium energy" dog. He loves a good walk and adventure but is equally content to relax and nap indoors. He is extremely loving, thrives on human connection, and is a star pupil when it comes to training, readily following commands and being fully potty trained. Henry also transitions into his crate with ease.

Ideal Home

Henry would love to be the center of someone's world. A retired individual or someone who works remotely would be his dream come true. While a yard is a plus, he is very happy with regular walks and would thrive in any home that provides him with love and consistency.

Ongoing Health

Henry is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Henry is fully potty trained and responsive to commands. He is also crate-trained and transitions in and out of his crate with ease.
