Luna

Greetings world! My name is Luna, and I'm a happy, energetic, and incredibly smart young girl, about 2 years old. My foster mom thinks I'm a Belgian Tervuren mix, and I'm a petite 55 pounds with a beautiful gray face, fluffy ears, and wavy blonde and brown fur. I bond quickly and am looking for a family to call my own.

I'm a very athletic and focused dog who thrives when given a "job" to do. Agility or scent work would be purr-fect for me! I'm highly food-motivated and eager to learn new tricks, taking treats gently. I love playing ball and engaging with my person. I know how to sit and give paw, and I'm not afraid to use my skills for an extra treat! I enjoy playing chase and roughhousing with my larger canine foster siblings, as long as they're my size or bigger.

Ideal Home

I need a home with an individual or couple who would enjoy working with me on agility or another sport, or someone who wants an enthusiastic jogging partner! I require an adult-only home or a home with children over 15 years of age. I do have a considerable prey drive, so no small dogs or felines. I also need a home without chickens.

Training & Support

I am a super excited dog and can get a little nippy when I'm overstimulated; this is an energy outlet but not ideal for young children. I am extremely food motivated and eager to learn.
