If joy had a tail, it would look exactly like David’s. At just 3 months old and 11 pounds, this Boykin Spaniel/Golden Retriever mix is pure puppy happiness wrapped in a tiny, fluffy package. David doesn’t believe in strangers for long. The moment he sees you, he’s running straight over, ready to cover you in the sweetest puppy kisses like he’s been waiting for you his whole life. He is especially wonderful with kids and absolutely loves them, often gravitating toward them for attention, play and cuddles. David also gets along great with cats and other dogs, making him a truly easygoing little companion. David is incredibly affectionate and wears his heart right on his sleeve. If he feels like he’s missing a little attention, he’ll politely let you know with the cutest little whines, just reminding you that he’s always ready for love, cuddles and company. He’s the kind of puppy who wants to be close, whether that’s following you from room to room, curling up beside you or simply sitting as near as possible just to be part of your world.
