Mollie-Foster Home Needed

Mollie is a 4-year-old, 45 lb sweetheart who arrived at our rescue from an Alabama shelter. She was initially very shy and shut down, but she's quickly showing us her true, trusting personality! In just a short time, Mollie has gone from needing encouragement to be led on a leash to willingly following her humans and seeking out their company. She's even started posing for pictures, a huge step for a girl learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. Mollie enjoys the company of other dogs and has done well with introductions to her canine companions.

Ideal Home

Mollie comes from a rural background, so new sights, sounds, people, and routines can be overwhelming for her. She'll need a patient family who understands she needs time to adjust and can let her move at her own pace. Homes with children under the age of six are not a good fit for Mollie.

Ongoing Health

Mollie is a healthy girl with no known health concerns.

Training & Support

Mollie is still learning to trust and adjust to her new surroundings. She will need continued patience and understanding as she transitions into her forever home.

• We do not adopt to families with children under the age of six.
• We only adopt within Wisconsin, Illinois, and parts of Minnesota.
• We do not guarantee dog breeds.
