Poppy a.k.a. Poppikins

Meet Poppy, a gentle and loving 56lb American Staffy mix with an estimated birthday of May 6, 2022. Poppy's journey to safety was a tough one. She and her puppies were found struggling to survive in an alley, and were later taken to an overcrowded shelter where they were sadly on the euthanasia list due to lack of space. Thankfully, Poppy was given a second chance and is now looking for a forever home where she can feel secure and cherished. Poppy has a calm, sweet, and affectionate nature, with soulful eyes that express her gratitude. She enjoys being close to her people and has wonderful manners.

Ideal Home

Poppy would thrive in a home where she can be a loyal best friend for quiet nights, a walking buddy for peaceful strolls, or a gentle family companion. She enjoys playing with toys without being destructive.

Poppy is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed.

Training & Support

Poppy is kennel and potty trained. She is not overly noisy. She takes treats very gently.
