Maximilian Sunflower with Maximum Fluff

Get ready for an overwhelming amount of fluff! Maximilian looks like a cross between a teddy bear and a baby polar bear, making him impossibly cute and cuddly. This approximately 2-month-old puppy weighs around 10 lbs and is thought to be a Great Pyrenees/German Shepherd mix, though his exact breed is a delightful mystery. Maximilian is a perfect balance of playful energy and snuggle time, loving toys and affection in equal measure. He's currently thriving in a foster home, learning about the world through play, naps, and gentle socialization, and his future family will have the joy of watching his personality blossom.

Ongoing Health

Maximilian is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable. He has also received a heartworm test and treatment if needed.

Training & Support

Puppies require consistent training, including crate training, which is highly recommended to aid in potty training, building independence, and managing energy levels.

Maximilian is located in Texas. Nationwide transport is available through our USDA-certified transport system, with drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (with pickup options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT). A $87 surcharge applies for transport. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
