Gilbert Blythe

Well, hello there! My name is Gilbert Gilbert Blythe, but my foster family calls me Gil, Gilbert, Gilbert Grape, Gilly, GillyWeed, and Gilly Goat – they're still working on learning my name! I'm a charming young pup with light eyes, an all-white coat, and a cute little brown spot on the very top of my head. My short, curly tail is something my foster moms think is just the cutest thing ever! My sibling, Anne Shirley, and I recently traveled up from Alabama. This new land is covered in snow, and I'm still deciding if it's my favorite thing or if I'm completely terrified. I'm outgoing and charismatic, much like my namesake, and I'm ready to jump into any adventure with my forever family. Give me the love, attention, training, and care I need, and I promise to be a great and loyal ambassador for my breed!

Ideal Home

I'm currently enjoying life with my foster family, which includes two wonderful moms, three children under 10, and two resident dogs who think I'm not nearly as busy as other puppies.

Ongoing Health

I'm a healthy, growing boy and a great eater!

Training & Support

I'm still learning to be fully house-trained, but I'm trying my best to use the right location and will have it under control soon. I do know how to sit, lay down, and wait, and I mind my manners.
