Rum

Rum is a 1-year-old, 35 lb bundle of fun, likely a mix of pointer, heeler, beagle, and possibly dalmatian. She's a sweet, friendly, loving, playful, and gentle soul who adores children of all ages and gets along wonderfully with other dogs and cats. Rum is ready to find her forever home and bring joy to an active household!

Ideal Home

Rum would be a perfect fit for an active home that can keep up with her playful spirit. She loves children and would do well in a home with or without other dogs. She also has a history of ignoring cats, so with proper introductions, she could live happily with them too.

Ongoing Health

Rum is spayed, heartworm negative, up-to-date on vaccinations and flea/tick/heartworm prevention, microchipped, and has been dewormed. She will receive a clean bill of health from a veterinarian prior to transport.

Training & Support

Rum is crate trained, house trained, and walks well on a leash. She also rides calmly in the car, making her a great adventure buddy! She's a smart girl who is eager to please.

Transporation

Rum is currently located in Texas but will be transported to the Central US and East Coast for adoption. The adoption fee includes transport to the following locations every 2-3 weeks: Albany and Latham, NY; Wells and Brattleboro, VT; Willington, Enfield, New Haven and Dayville, CT; Port Chester, NY; Dayton and Akron, OH; Grove City and Bloomsburg, PA; Ridgefield and Mt Laurel, NJ; White Marsh/Elkton, MD; and Falls Church, VA.
