Kovu is a 2-year-old black and white American Pit Bull, weighing in at 60 pounds of love and liveliness. He’s bold, playful, and full of personality—and he's looking for an active home where he can truly shine. Kovu is full of life, loyalty, and love—he just needs the right people to share it with.

Ideal Home

Kovu would do best in a home with children 8 and up, as he is gentle but high-energy. He wants to be the center of attention, but he does okay with submissive dogs. He is not a good fit for a home with cats. He loves playtime, belly rubs, and outdoor fun, making him a great match for someone with an active lifestyle.

Ongoing Health

Kovu is neutered and up to date on his rabies and booster vaccines. He has also been microchipped, treated for fleas and worms, and tested negative for heartworms.

Training & Support

Kovu is not yet house-trained and will need continued guidance and patience in this area.
