Meet Morgan!
Morgan is a delightful 1.5–2-year-old male mixed breed, weighing in at about 17 lbs. He's a handsome black rat terrier mix with a cheerful spirit, a loving heart, and a wonderful ability to make people smile. Intelligent, eager to please, and quick to learn, Morgan thrives on companionship and enjoys being part of the family. Though small in size, he has the confidence and personality of a much larger dog. He loves adventures, walks, and spending time with his people, but he also knows how to settle down and relax at home. His friendly, trusting nature makes him an excellent companion for families, couples, or individuals alike. Morgan's future once seemed uncertain. At just three months old, he and his sibling were found abandoned in a deserted house in Guadalajara, Mexico. Thankfully, a compassionate passerby noticed them and reached out to a local animal advocate who immediately brought them to safety. While Morgan's sibling quickly found a home, Morgan has waited patiently for his turn. Like many black dogs, he has often been overlooked despite his wonderful personality and loving nature. Today, Morgan is healthy, happy, and ready to find the forever family he's been waiting for. He is calm and independent when left alone and sleeps indoors on his cozy dog bed at night.

Morgan would do best with an active family or someone looking for a loyal sidekick to share life's adventures. He's the perfect size for travel, outdoor activities, and cuddling on the couch afterward. Ongoing Health
Morgan is neutered, vaccinated, and heartworm negative.
Training & Support
Morgan is leash-trained, rides well in the car, is potty-trained, and has adjusted well to living in a home. He is also crate-trained, primarily for travel. As with any newly adopted dog, we recommend limiting alone time during the adjustment period and providing toys and enrichment to help him feel secure.
