Daisy

Daisy is a delightful 6-7 year old, 20-pound pup who has been enjoying a loving foster home for over a year. She's been busy learning force-free training, meeting new people, and exploring new places. Daisy is a smart cookie who loves her quiet personal space, complete with her own sleeping bag dog bed. During storms, fireworks, or when she's feeling a bit stressed by neighborhood activity, she'll retreat to this safe haven. She also enjoys cuddling up with her people in the bedroom, sometimes on the bed, sometimes under it, or even in her crate nearby. Daisy thrives on "walkies" and loves to zoom around her foster's securely fenced yard. She knows some commands and is motivated by treats, often finding amusing ways to earn them. While she enjoys a good chase after squirrels and chipmunks, her attention can be easily drawn away by the excitement of lawn crews, builders, or delivery trucks. Daisy is a wonderful dog who will bring immense joy to a patient and understanding family.

Ideal Home

A fully fenced yard is recommended for Daisy. She does not do well with small critters or cats.

Ongoing Health

Daisy is spayed/neutered, microchipped, current on vaccines, heartworm tested, and on prevention.

Training & Support

Daisy needs patience as she adjusts to new places. She's enjoying scent games and has a great bond with her trainer. If you live near Royal Oak, information will be shared to help her transition smoothly.
