Wicket

Wicket was found abandoned with his dog bed on the streets. He's an energetic and rambunctious boy who deserves a home that will appreciate his spirited personality. He's a very good dog and seems eager to please, even knowing "sit" when a treat is involved! With patience and positive reinforcement, we believe Wicket's intelligence will shine as he learns so much more. His ears were clipped and healed in their current state when he was found.

Ideal Home

Wicket is excitable about new environments and needs an adopter who can provide him with grace and patience as he adjusts to his new world. He can be a bit reactive to other dogs, so a home where he is the only dog would be ideal.

Training & Support

Given his past, it's likely Wicket didn't have the best puppyhood or enough time invested in his training. He can be reactive towards other dogs, and while he has done well with crate training in our facility, a change in environment might require some retraining. Patience and positive reinforcement will be key to helping him learn and thrive.
