Bolt

Bolt is a soulful, gentle boy who is still searching for the safe and loving forever home he deserves. He's approximately 3 years old and weighs 60 pounds. Bolt can be a little shy at first and takes time to warm up to new people, but once he trusts you, he loves with his whole heart. He seeks out affection, belly rubs, and playtime, and has the sweetest, most loyal nature. Bolt has been in our program for a while and knows the heartbreak of being adopted and returned. He was deeply loved by his previous family, but after months together it became clear that his nervousness made it difficult for him to live in a home with an autistic child. Since being returned, Bolt has been in boarding. At boarding, he's been exposed to many different dogs and spends time on pack jogs on a large property. Bolt is a true water dog and absolutely loves splashing around whenever he gets the chance. Behind Bolt's cautious nature is an incredibly loving dog just waiting for the right person to believe in him. We know his forever home is out there.

Ideal Home

Bolt would thrive in a patient, experienced dog home with a fenced yard where he can explore, exercise, and continue building confidence at his own pace.

Bolt is located in Conroe, Texas. Transport will be arranged once adopted, and the cost of transport is included in the adoption fee.
