Hiya Friends! My name is Charlie and I'm a handsome 9-month old male German Shepherd mix. I was rescued by IDGSR after a rough start to life, but I'm a smart and resilient pup who is gaining confidence every day! I dream of going on walks, getting pup-cups, running in a safe yard, and having a family of my own. If you're looking for a handsome, athletic, playful, and curious new companion, I'm your guy!

Ideal Home

I'll do fine with kids 6 and older, and I'm also friendly with cats. I enjoy the company of other large dogs.

Ongoing Health

I am up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm testing, and monthly preventatives, and I am neutered.

Training & Support

I'm a little behind mentally and socially due to my past, but I'm smart and eager to learn. I'm doing great with house and crate training, but please be patient if I have an accident or two. I do need full obedience training to become the bestest boy around. A little hotdog or cheese will go a long way with me!

I am currently fostered in Tennessee near Nashville, TN and am available for transport to the East Coast. A transport fee will apply.
