Meet Kegan, a roughly 5-year-old, 85-pound German Shepherd mix who is brimming with love and ready to bring endless joy to his forever home. Kegan is a goofy, playful, and intelligent boy who absolutely loves to make his humans laugh. He's an expert cuddler, always ready for a snuggle session, even if he's a bit too big for most laps! He enjoys playing, exploring, and investigating, especially when it means spending quality time with his favorite people. Kegan has a lot of love to give and gets along well with other socialized dogs. He would likely do well with a confident cat who can keep him in line.

Kegan would be a wonderful companion for a family ready for lots of laughs, endless cuddles, and a lifetime of love. He is best suited for older children, as he can be a bit clumsy when he gets excited.

Ongoing Health

Kegan has some previous orthopedic issues and will need joint supplements indefinitely. He may also require pain management as he ages.

Training & Support

Kegan was found on the streets malnourished with a skin infection and multiple broken bones. After receiving much-needed veterinary care, he is now healthy and ready for his forever home.
