Lizzie

Lizzie is a sweet senior gal, over 5 years old, who's ready to trade the streets for a soft bed, lots of love, and all the finer things in life! She was rescued after a rough time on the streets and decided she liked it here so much, she refused to leave! Now, she's the most grateful dog, soaking in the safety and comfort of a loving home. Lizzie enjoys gentle exploration and sniffing around outside, but her true passion is napping in cozy spots. She seems to be house-trained and is happiest when lounging on comfortable beds.

Ideal Home

Lizzie would thrive in a nurturing environment where she can relax and be pampered. She's not a fan of thunderstorms, so her new family will need to understand how to help her feel safe and secure during these times. Lizzie gets along well with other dogs, especially older, mellow males. A calm canine companion would be her ideal roommate. Her experiences with children and cats are unknown.
